The Staging Diva Team has grown over the past month. Please join me in welcoming Victoria, our new Manager of Client Relations. Sandy (who many of you know because she’s been part of our team for 4 years), is shifting over to a new position in Operations while training Victoria in her new role.
In other news, I’ve seen my local real estate market shift considerably in the past few weeks. It was a seller’s market until an over supply of new ‘for sale’ signs appeared on all those lawns. Within a week the balance of supply and demand changed completely.
My phone is suddenly ringing off the hook with potential sellers desperate for home staging because they know they can’t take a quick sale for granted. Fortunately for members of the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers, I’m sending some projects their way because I am too busy to stage them all myself!
I’ve just completed a collection of inspiring home stager success stories which you’ll learn more about this month. Plus, the Staging Diva Home Staging Training Workbook is now available in a new spiral-bound format for those of you who would prefer to receive it in the mail.
I’m also in the process of planning a few summer trips in between some new products for home stagers that I have in development. More on those in the coming weeks.
