Here’s a common challenge that I’ve seen in hundreds of homes over the years. Somehow the living room manages to be sparse and cluttered at the same time, which is just plain BLAH.
One of our goals in home staging is to make a home stand out from the sea of homes a prospective buyer is looking at. You want your client’s home to be memorable when a prospective buyer has toured 6 or 8 houses in a day. You don’t want it to be remembered because it was weird or because the decor was too eccentric; you want buyers to leave feeling like they just visited their new home. There are tons of ways to do that and it’s part of the creative “magic” we deliver for our clients.
