Staging Success Spotlight on Jill Monczunski of Staging to Sell

Congratulations to Staging Diva Graduate Jill R. Monczunski of Staging To Sell in Michigan who convinced a developer to let her stage a condo that had been sitting on the market for 3 years. She was able to furnish and accessorize it in only three days, talk about trial by fire!

Jill used one of the marketing techniques I teach in course 4 of the Staging Diva Training Program and connected with the selling agent at a local seminar who then recommended Jill to her client, the builder.

After seeing Jill’s transformation of the condo, the agent wrote: “The staging looks great! The lower level looks much wider when you walk in the door. You did a great job. … We will refer you to other clients and put you on our website too.”
