Staging Success Spotlight on Leah Fritz

Congratulations to Staging Diva Graduate Leah Fritz of Perfect Place Home Staging (WI) who is in her fourth year in business after taking the Staging Diva Program. It hasn’t always been smooth sailing, which is true for any entrepreneur, no matter how easy they make it look from the outside.

Like all of us, Leah had to weather the recession last year. She used that time to continue to improve the foundation of her business. I’ve been so proud of her as I’ve watched her continually refine the marketing techniques she learned in course 4, Staging Diva Sales and Marketing Secrets to Boost Your Home Staging Business.

Leah is now so busy that she can hardly keep up with staging projects, paid speaking engagements and redesign clients. For a recent home staging project for a property flipper, she decorated the house with rental furnishings and accessories and it sold with a full price offer within 24 hours! Proving once again that home staging works, even in slow real estate markets.
