Congratulations to Staging Diva Graduate Sharon McConnell of Park Ave Home Staging & Redesign (PA) whose
bedroom makeover project was selected as one of 9 winners in a contest for the online magazine of the National Association of Realtors. The story appears on realtor.org giving Sharon an important link to her website (which is actually her profile page on the Staging Diva Directory of Home Stagers). Further kudos to Sharon for her volunteer work at a transitional shelter for families in crisis, decorating the apartments to fit each families needs; something she refers to as “design for dignity.”
Sharon writes: “My career choice to own my home staging and redesign business has improved my life. It gives me the flexibility to take time for myself and my family when needed, and also time to give back. This is a joy that I would have missed out on had I stayed working with a set schedule, including weekends and holidays. Debra’s course gave me all the tools that I needed to be a confident and successful business owner. I share her business values, which made choosing The Staging Diva Training Program a perfect match for me.”
